However, with all the plot I still have left to go, it might have to be! (Okay, not quite. That would be a LOT. I don't think I could type that much in the next year, let alone before the end of November.)

I've just finished writing chapter nine, and dividing it into two chapters because it was way too long, and what is now chapter eleven is sneaking its way into some interesting stuff.

But my goodness! I am overwhelmed with all the story I haven't been able to write yet! I thought today I would get at least to Day 9 of in-novel NaNo, but nope... I've barely started in on Day 8, and I definitely can't skim over the rest of week two. So many things need to happen!

So I'm sorry if chapters start to feel a bit rushed or disjointed - I'm beginning to feel the pressure!
